Through comprehensive use of industrial Internet, FRID (radio frequency identification), face recognition and other information system technologies, Bridgebox has independently developed a networked control system for tightening machines, which was put into use in July 2017. The system is equipped with an embedded data collection terminal on each of the tightening machines to store the data transmission to the server through the network. The system automatically analyzes and detects the collected parameters, and intelligently judges the tightening result. If there is a fault, it will automatically alarm and issue control signals such as pass, fail, and tightening.

In the process of gradually moving toward the goal of intelligent manufacturing, in order to further improve the quality traceability system, Bridge Box Company has put its own “ID card” (ie QR code) on each product and part to implement unique identification management.
